Questions about pricing.

How much does it cost?

Our prices are on the site — hourly rates, fixed prices and what needs a quote. All of them include GST.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours we charge two hours per assigned cleaner, because that time can’t be refilled.

Do your prices include GST?

Yes. Every price on this site includes GST — it’s the number you pay. Your tax invoice shows the GST separately, with our ABN.

How is an hourly clean charged?

By the hour, from the moment we start to the moment we finish. The estimate before booking uses the usual time for that job, and the real hours show up in your account.

What can change the price?

Only what you’d expect: the add-ons you choose, the hours an hourly job actually takes, and a late-cancellation charge if you cancel inside 24 hours. Specialised work is quoted in writing before we start.

How do I pay?

Bank transfer, using the reference on your invoice. Upload the receipt from your account and we confirm it.

Do I get a tax invoice?

Every job, with our ABN and the GST shown — saved in your account, ready for your accountant.

No two of those jobs are the same. We look at it first — photos are usually enough — and send a fixed price before anyone turns up.
